Jamaica Trip 2

The second time around proved to be just as great as the 1st. I'm sure we'll be back to Couples Swept Away in the future. It has everything we want in an all-inclusive resort.
This year we went with our friends Robin and Dan- they were great travel buddies.

Maleya turns 1

We celebrated Maleyas 1st birthday before we left for Jamaica. She turned 1 on Dec 17th. It's hard to believe it's been an entire year since we first met her at the hospital. She enjoyed smashing her cake. Below is a picture of her wagon from Matt and I. It's equipped with cup holders, seat belts and a door.

Damn Ice Dams

Well here are some images of the dreaded ice dams. Also you can see my "old" set of hose filled with salt on roof. The idea here is to dry to melt the ice to allow for a channel for water to melt down the outside of the house, not the inside - which it has been for about a week now. I hope there isn't any significant water damage...
